About Me

When I was 21, I herniated my L5-S1 disc and had severe sciatica, drastically derailing my active lifestyle. I spent the next 2.5 years doing everything I could to regain former function by changing my diet and performing my own rehabilitation program. Once I successfully treated my herniation, my quality of life skyrocketed. Taking responsibility for my health and learning as much as possible about well-being and nutrition had a profound effect on my life. I felt so good, I didn’t know it was even possible. I had to find a way to help others feel the same. I decided to quit my desk job and dedicate the rest of my life to improve the lives of others by developing a healthy lifestyle.

I have been a NASM certified personal trainer since July 2017 and I am currently studying to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I’m here to share actionable advice to help you help yourself. I will help you feel good, move well, and have the energy to live life on your own terms.
